PROBLEM

For over 3 decades the public knew Crystal Light only as a powered flavored beverage mix. Well those days are behind us and Crystal Light has joined the liquid movement in full force with six new robust liquid flavors.

SOLUTION

Using intelligent and adaptive design, the liquid site was hand crafted to capture the vibrancy and excitement of this new product and these six new flavors. A brand forward experience that brings each new flavor to life with a custom handcrafted Flavorworld adventure, while demonstrating product use, driving consumers to in-market sampling opportunities, suggesting custom crafted recipes and jump starting the social conversation about this exciting new product.

Results

  • Site traffic sky rocketed and saw an initial growth of over 5% every day post launch.

  • Time on site averaged over 12 minutes - as viewers were captivated by the “living flavor” rooms.

  • Initial sales for Kraft Beverages were 72% higher than originally projected.
